Safe MIND | MIND ID Health, Safety, & Security (HSS) System
A web and mobile application designed to document and monitor the reporting and investigation process of workplace incidents across MIND ID entities (BUMN Holding Pertambangan Indonesia), consolidate HSS performance data, and present it through group-wide dashboards. Acted as the lead system analyst and quality assurance (QA) from the pre-requirement stage to application go-live.
